We are working exclusively with a well-established financial planning practice in County Armagh to recruit a Financial Services Administrator.
The practice provides a range of wealth management and financial planning services, supporting clients with their long-term financial goals through a personalised, relationship-led approach.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial services administrator to join a professional and supportive team, take ownership of a varied administrative function and develop their career, with a longer-term opportunity to progress into a Practice Manager position.
The Role Working closely with the Practice Manager and Financial Advisers, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day administration of the practice, including: Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection.
Managing applications, transfers, withdrawals and ongoing policy administration.
Liaising with providers, platforms and clients to progress business and resolve queries.
Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring all compliance documentation is up to date.
Supporting client onboarding and preparing documentation for review meetings.
Managing outstanding cases and ensuring all business is processed efficiently.
Providing wider administrative and operational support to the practice.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you will become a key part of the business and have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility.
About You Previous experience in financial services administration, ideally within an IFA or wealth management environment.
Good understanding of pensions, investments and protection administration.
Experience processing new business and liaising with financial providers.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confident communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
Someone who enjoys taking ownership and is keen to develop professionally.

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays.
Christmas period off.
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
