About this role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Conveyancing Legal Secretary/Paralegal to join the team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to solicitors, assisting with property transactions from instruction to completion. Your responsibilities will include preparing and managing legal documents such as contracts and transfer deeds, as well as liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders. You will handle correspondence, schedule appointments, conduct property searches, and assist with Land Registry applications.
