Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our reputable client to recruit for a Contracts Administrator, to join their team in Ballymena. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business, supporting on some outstanding local projects. The Contracts Administrator is a key role for the business.

You will be responsible for providing a main point of contact for the wider contract's teams, providing fundamental administrative support on construction projects. Duties of this role include:

  • Managing the internal systems, ensuring all documents are filed correctly, orders are processed, and information is regularly updated and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing the point of contact for clients, managing the company inbox, answering queries and allocating calls when required.
  • Providing a main point of contact for the site teams, confirming paperwork, compiling site packs, health and safety documents, and assisting with any queries.
  • Working closely alongside sub-contractors, confirming time sheets and answering general queries.
  • Upholding effective communication between internal departments to ensure a smooth flow to daily operations.

High level of attention to detail and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, varied role. The Right Person for this role will have previous experience working in a similar position and be well accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. You will pride yourself on your ability to co-ordinate effectively and have excellent organisational skills. Strong IT skills are essential for this role and construction industry experience is desirable.

The Package for this role includes a competitive salary ranging from £26000- £28000, dependant on experience, with working hours of 9-5 Mon-Fri, with on-site parking available. Wider benefits can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb.
