Key Responsibilities

  • Managing scheduling for internal operations and maintain thorough communication across teams
  • Liaise with numerous departments to ensure seamless processing
  • Update database and ensuring high levels of accuracy are maintained
  • Report generation and trend identification across databases
  • Prepare and present data and provide in-depth explanations and visuals for all information recorded
  • Invoice generation, tracing and maintenance of communication with customers

The Ideal Candidate

  • An experienced administrator and detail orientated individual
  • Available for an immediate start
  • IT literate and can work confidently on Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experienced in quality control or a similar role
  • Detail orientated with a keen attention to detail
