Key Responsibilities
- Managing scheduling for internal operations and maintain thorough communication across teams
- Liaise with numerous departments to ensure seamless processing
- Update database and ensuring high levels of accuracy are maintained
- Report generation and trend identification across databases
- Prepare and present data and provide in-depth explanations and visuals for all information recorded
- Invoice generation, tracing and maintenance of communication with customers
The Ideal Candidate
- An experienced administrator and detail orientated individual
- Available for an immediate start
- IT literate and can work confidently on Microsoft Office
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experienced in quality control or a similar role
- Detail orientated with a keen attention to detail
