- Building relationships - Creating strong connections with candidates and understanding their career goals
- Working in a fast-paced environment - Managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Supporting delivery - Partnering with consultants to ensure the best candidates are placed quickly
What We're Looking For
- Background in sales, customer service, call centre, or telephony-based roles
- Comfortable working at speed and handling volume activity
- Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly over the phone
- Target-driven with a strong work ethic and competitive mindset
