The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join a busy and highly regarded department. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Estate Planning, whilst providing trusted legal advice and exceptional client service. The role would ideally suit a Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE; both full-time and part-time applications are welcomed.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration matters
- Advising clients on Estate Planning and succession matters
- Drafting Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and related legal documentation
- Handling the administration of estates from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Liaising professionally with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions and third parties
- Managing workloads effectively and prioritising tasks within a busy office
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client service at all times
About You
- Ideally 2-5 years' PQE within Private Client work
- More senior candidates will also be considered
- Experience gained within the Northern Ireland legal market
- Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- A professional, reliable, and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
