Honeycomb is pleased to be partnering with our client, a well-established construction company, to recruit a Service Co-ordinator for their team based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected organisation that continues to grow within a dynamic industry.

The Service Co-ordinator plays an important role within the business. You will act as a primary contact for customers, manage bookings with field representatives, and support daily operational activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main contact for customers by responding to queries, recording orders, and arranging callouts with the appropriate departments.
  • Updating and maintaining the internal system, ensuring customer information is accurate, documents are correctly stored, and payments are processed and recorded.
  • Supporting customers with maintenance and repair enquiries while coordinating schedules efficiently with in-house engineers.
  • Assisting with the invoicing process to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and properly stored within the internal system.
  • Promoting clear communication across internal teams to maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to perform effectively in a busy and varied role.

The ideal candidate will preferably have previous experience in a similar role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will take pride in your organisational and coordination skills and have the ability to manage tasks efficiently. Strong IT capabilities are essential, along with excellent communication skills.

The package for this position offers a competitive salary between £28,000 and £30,000, depending on experience. The role operates Monday to Friday, includes an early finish on Fridays, and provides on-site parking.
