Honeycomb is pleased to partner with our valued client to recruit for a Service Administrator to join their Belfast-based team. The Service Administrator plays an integral role within the company.

You will act as a central point of contact for in-house engineers, coordinating work schedules, managing customer relationships, and supporting daily operational activities.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Acting as the primary liaison for in-house engineers, organising callouts and routine service visits nationwide.
  • Managing key customer accounts, ensuring a high standard of service and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Assisting with the review and processing of job-related invoices and supporting general billing administration.
  • Overseeing compliance tasks, maintaining customer records, and uploading or digitising documentation as required.
  • Serving as a key contact for clients via telephone and email correspondence.
  • Ensuring clear and effective communication across internal departments to support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, varied environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar administrative, service coordination, or helpdesk role and be comfortable working within a busy setting. You will possess strong organisational and coordination skills, alongside excellent IT proficiency, which will be essential for success in this position.
