Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading business service provider, based in Belfast on a temporary basis. As a sales support administrator you will work closely with the sales team, taking responsibility for organising invoices, order processing and data input.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaise directly with internal sales team
  • Providing exceptional customer service and resolution of incoming enquiries
  • Preparation of sales quotes in alignment with organising invoices
  • Generate sales reports

The Ideal Candidate:

  • IT literate ability to adapt to CRM and proven experience with Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
