Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with our client, a market-leading property management business, to recruit for a Receptionist on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a stunning office setting and build valuable experience working with a variety of clients. The role of Receptionist involves greeting clients at first point whilst providing an exceptional customer experience. You will answer all incoming calls and ensure the calls are reaching the appropriate person.
You will distribute mail when required and ensure hospitality services are offered to clients also. You will be responsible for booking meetings when required and use your initiative to improve the running of the Reception area. The right person for this role will be a professional Administrator/Receptionist who presents professionally. You will be immediately available to begin work. The hourly rate for this role is £13.50 per hour and the position is based in Belfast city centre.
