Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a reputable Lisburn-based client, to recruit for a Receptionist on a full time, 9-month fixed term contract. This role provides a unique opportunity to assist in some outstanding construction project work, providing a main point of contact for clients and internal departments.
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Meet and greet visitors to the company premise
- Manage communications between internal and external stakeholders
- Provide essential administrative support to the accounts and projects teams
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial administration such as reconciliation of credit card statements and organising purchase invoices
- Booking and confirmation of all staff travel requirements including flights, accommodation and transfers
- Manage time sheets and monitor labour for site teams and field-based representatives
- Maintain organisation of reception, replenishing office supplies and provide general administrative support
The Ideal Candidate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with systems such as SAGE and Microsoft packages
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in other administrative roles
- Be able to work independently with effective time management
