Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a reputable Lisburn-based client, to recruit for a Receptionist on a full time, 9-month fixed term contract. This role provides a unique opportunity to assist in some outstanding construction project work, providing a main point of contact for clients and internal departments.

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Meet and greet visitors to the company premise
  • Manage communications between internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide essential administrative support to the accounts and projects teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial administration such as reconciliation of credit card statements and organising purchase invoices
  • Booking and confirmation of all staff travel requirements including flights, accommodation and transfers
  • Manage time sheets and monitor labour for site teams and field-based representatives
  • Maintain organisation of reception, replenishing office supplies and provide general administrative support

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working with systems such as SAGE and Microsoft packages
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience in other administrative roles
  • Be able to work independently with effective time management
