The Role
As Business Support Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Belfast office. This is a varied position combining front-of-house responsibilities, office coordination and general administrative support. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to maintain a professional, welcoming and efficient office environment while supporting a range of administrative and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing a professional and welcoming front-of-house service for clients and visitors
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of office facilities and ensuring office areas are well presented
- Managing client documentation, including scanning, filing and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing post
- Preparing meeting rooms, managing bookings and arranging refreshments
- Supporting the organisation and delivery of internal and external events
- Providing administrative support to teams across the business as required
- Assisting with general office coordination and business support activities
About You
- Previous administration, reception, customer service or office support experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently when required
- A positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues across the business
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
