Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting for a Property & Finance Administrator for a well-established estate agency in North Belfast. This is a great opportunity for a strong administrator with a willingness to learn and develop.

This is a varied administration role supporting both the property and finance functions of an established estate agency. Working closely with the wider team, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across property operations while assisting with a range of finance administration duties.

The role would suit an organised, detail-focused administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment and is keen to learn. Previous experience within estate agency, property, finance, or a similar environment would be beneficial but is not essential. The key requirement is a strong administrative background, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop within the business.

The company is ideally seeking a full-time candidate; however, part-time afternoon hours will also be considered for the right person.

The Role:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support across the property function
  • Assisting with sales, lettings, and general property administration
  • Maintaining accurate property records, documentation, and internal systems
  • Preparing and processing correspondence, paperwork, and general administration
  • Liaising with clients, tenants, landlords, contractors, and other relevant parties
  • Assisting with invoices, payments, reconciliations, and other finance administration
  • Maintaining accurate financial and property records
  • Supporting the wider property and finance teams with day-to-day requirements
  • Assisting with general office administration as required
  • Ensuring all records and processes are completed accurately and efficiently

The Person:

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Property, estate agency, finance, or accounts administration experience would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with numbers and financial information
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • A proactive and positive approach to work
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Reliable, professional, and well organised
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
