This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant or strong administrator to join a highly regarded law firm, supporting senior professionals and the wider team with a broad range of administrative, organisational, and billing responsibilities. The successful candidate will manage diaries and correspondence, coordinate meetings, prepare documentation, and assist with billing and financial administration. The role would suit someone who is highly organised, commercially aware, and confident managing detailed administrative processes and deadlines. Candidates can come from either a legal or professional services environment, with previous law firm experience advantageous but not essential.

The Role:
- Providing Personal Assistant and administrative support to senior lawyers and wider team members
- Managing diaries, appointments, meetings, correspondence, and deadlines
- Preparing and proofreading professional documentation and reports
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
- Assisting with the preparation and processing of client bills and invoices
- Liaising with finance teams and fee earners regarding billing queries
- Maintaining accurate billing, client, and administrative records
- Supporting expenses, financial administration, client onboarding, and general reporting
- Coordinating travel, events, and other arrangements as required
- Managing confidential information with discretion
- Maintaining filing systems and supporting wider administrative requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
The Person:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Administrator, Team Assistant, or similar role
- Strong administrative skills with excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Experience within a legal or professional services environment is advantageous
- Previous billing, invoicing, financial administration experience would be highly desirable
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
- Professional and client-focused with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and using initiative
