Honeycomb is pleased to partner with our valued client to recruit for an Operations and Compliance Administrator to join their Belfast-based team. The Operations and Compliance Administrator plays an integral role within the company. You will act as a central point of contact for in-house engineers, coordinating work schedules, managing customer relationships, and supporting daily operational activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary liaison for in-house engineers, organising call-outs and routine service visits nationwide.
- Managing key customer accounts, ensuring a high standard of service and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Assisting with the review and processing of job-related invoices and supporting general billing administration.
- Overseeing compliance tasks, maintaining customer records, and uploading or digitising documentation as required.
- Serving as a key contact for clients via telephone and email correspondence.
- Ensuring clear and effective communication across internal departments to support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, varied environment.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar administrative, service coordination, or helpdesk role and be comfortable working within a busy setting. You will possess strong organisational and coordination skills, alongside excellent IT proficiency, which will be essential for success in this position. Ideally, the successful candidate will possess experience gained from the energy sector.
The salary for this role is £29,000-£31,000, depending on experience. The role operates Monday to Friday and provides on-site parking.
