This role provides an excellent opportunity to offer full secretarial and administrative support to solicitors across a busy Healthcare department. The position would suit a Legal Secretary with experience in a fast-paced legal environment, particularly those familiar with regulatory matters, professional defence work, or client-facing legal support. You will support a team advising a diverse range of clients, including professionals, private practices, and care providers.

The Role:

  • Draft, format, and proofread correspondence, contracts, and legal documents, utilising the firm's case management system
  • Manage documents including filing, preparing reports, minutes, and other legal materials
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical files, ensuring case records are up to date
  • Dictate and transcribe audio files and notes as required
  • Undertake general administrative duties to support the team
  • Assist with case preparation and file organisation
  • Liaise professionally with clients, colleagues, and partners
  • Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines in a busy environment
  • Deliver a high standard of service and professionalism at all times

The Person:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Legal Secretary OR in a Legal Support role
