Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded and established law firm based in South Belfast in the search for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their busy and growing property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a well-respected firm with a strong presence in the Northern Ireland property market. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Solicitor, assisting with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion.

- Salary £28,000 -£31,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, formatting, and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Opening, maintaining, and closing conveyancing files in accordance with firm procedures
- Audio typing and document production
- Managing diaries, appointments, and key transaction dates
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries in a professional manner
- Assisting Solicitors with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions
- Drafting and issuing contracts, completion statements, and Land Registry documentation
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third-party Solicitors
- Conducting property searches and assisting with post-completion registrations
- Ensuring all files are maintained accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements
About You
- Previous experience working within Conveyancing is essential
- Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong audio typing and document production skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
- Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach
