Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside a well-established legal practice in the search for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Family & Matrimonial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong sector experience to step into a busy role, provide high-level support to fee earners, and work within a professional and supportive legal environment.
The Job
- We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Legal Secretary to support partners and fee earners across a range of family and matrimonial matters.
- The role will involve delivering comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, including preparing and managing legal documentation such as court forms and client correspondence.
- You will be responsible for audio and copy typing, document production, and maintaining efficient file management systems.
- Acting as a professional and empathetic point of contact, you will liaise with clients, counsel, and third parties, recognising the sensitive nature of family law matters.

The Person
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal PA within family and matrimonial law
- Strong typing and document production skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills with a sensitive, client-focused approach
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- A collaborative team player with a flexible and supportive attitude
