The Job

  • You will be working directly into a partner of the firm who handles a varied caseload across litigation and conveyancing.
  • Experience in these areas is helpful; however, a strong Legal Secretary with previous legal secretary experience, solid typing, document management, and organisation skills will be able to pick up the work with guidance.

The Role

  • Provide full secretarial support to a senior partner handling a mixed caseload
  • Prepare legal documents for litigation and conveyancing matters
  • Audio typing, correspondence and file management
  • Manage diaries, meetings and appointments
  • Liaise with clients and third parties in a professional manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and strong attention to detail

The Person

  • Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary/Legal Administrator is required
  • Previous experience in Residential or commercial Conveyancing or litigation (Desired)
  • Strong audio typing and administrative skills
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Able to manage workload and prioritise effectively
  • Willing to learn and adapt across multiple practice areas
