Honeycomb are delighted to be working with the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service to recruit a Part-Time Learning and Development Administrator (15 hours per week). This role offers an immediate start and will be based in Knockbracken.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service and to contribute to a high-quality Learning and Development service that helps employees develop their skills, maintain mandatory training requirements, and reach their full potential.

The NIAS is seeking a highly organised administrator to join their HR Team and play a key role in supporting the professional development of staff across the Trust.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Administration/Customer Service, plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
  • 2 years' administrative/customer service experience
  • At least 1 year's experience using Microsoft Office applications

Desirable:

  • Experience working within a Human Resources environment
