Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a well established and reputable business based in Belfast. The client is seeking a skilled administrator to join their HR team on a temporary basis. As an HR administrator, you will work closely with an internal HR team. You will provide essential support by managing employee lifecycle, processing employee contracts and maintaining HR databases. This is an excellent opportunity for an immediately available, experienced administrator with a background in HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting offer packs including contracts of employment and amendment letters
- Coordinating onboarding logistics such as workspace setups and IT equipment
- Monitoring probation periods by tracking review timelines and processing leaver documentation
- Ensuring strict adherence to GDPR compliance by organising files securely
- Provide administrative support to the internal HR team
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous administrative experience in a professional environment, detail orientated and extremely organised
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, utilising Excel to manage data and drafting professional emails to a high standard
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous HR experience and strict compliance management is essential
- Access to own transport and ability to travel between sites
- CIPD Qualified or working towards this
