Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing independent financial planning firm to recruit a Graduate Financial Services Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to begin a long-term career within financial services. If you have studied Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline and are looking for a role where you can develop your knowledge and progress within the industry, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Working alongside experienced Financial Advisers, you will receive full training and gain exposure to a wide range of financial planning areas, including pensions, protection and wealth management. The Role
You will support the advisers and wider team, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of an excellent service to clients while developing your knowledge of the financial planning industry. Duties will include:
- Processing new business applications
- Supporting advisers with pensions and protection administration
- Liaising with clients and financial product providers
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
- Managing client queries and delivering excellent customer service
- Assisting with day-to-day office administration
- Providing administrative support to the wider team as required
This position requires travel between office locations, therefore a full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.
The Person
