Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading hospitality and lifestyle business, to recruit for a permanent Customer Support Lead/Front of House for their stunning Belfast operation. This role is ideal for you if you are looking to build on your existing customer service, marketing, and administration experience.

You will ensure the smooth running of operations day-to-day, resolve customer and client queries as applicable, promote internal events and create a positive welcoming atmosphere. This role will require someone who is technically competent with CRM/CMS and email marketing systems, who enjoys fostering relationships and bringing a can do attitude to any situation.
