Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded and established law firm based in South Belfast in the search for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their busy and growing property team. The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a well-respected firm with a strong presence in the Northern Ireland property market. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Solicitor, assisting with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. Salary & Benefits * Salary £28,000 -£31,000 DOE * 20 days annual leave plus statutory holidays * Additional office closure over the Christmas period, separate from annual leave entitlement * Pension contribution * Private health insurance, including dental and optical cover * Life assurance providing a benefit of 4x annual salary to nominated beneficiaries * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Convenient South Belfast location with excellent transport links Key Responsibilities * Preparing, formatting, and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence * Opening, maintaining, and closing conveyancing files in accordance with firm procedures * Audio typing and document production * Managing diaries, appointments, and key transaction dates * Handling incoming calls, emails, and client enquiries in a professional manner * Assisting Solicitors with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions * Drafting and issuing contracts, completion statements, and Land Registry documentation * Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third-party Solicitors * Conducting property searches and assisting with post-completion registrations * Ensuring all files are maintained accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements About You * Previous experience working within Conveyancing is essential * Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process * Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail * Strong audio typing and document production skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems * Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively * Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please submit your CV via the link or contact Caoimhe Fairfield at Honeycomb directly: Email: Telephone: If you require any adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know and we will be happy to assist.
