Honeycomb is delighted to be working with an excellent client, a leading Accountancy firm located in Belfast. As a front of house Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling sensitive client information, scheduling appointments, answering calls and acting as the first point of contact for anyone contacting the firm, in person and virtually.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and greeting clients upon arrival to the firm
- Managing telephone switchboards, redirecting calls accordingly and taking messages
- Ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, photocopying and organising relevant documents
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with Microsoft packages
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, manage and prioritise several enquiries
- Previous reception experience
- Ability to work flexibly and availability for casual cover
