Honeycomb are delighted to be working with the Strategic Planning and Performance Group to recruit a Band 4 Facilities Administrator. This role will be based in Belfast city centre and offers an immediate start.

The Strategic Planning and Performance Group (SPPG) is part of the Department of Health and is responsible for planning, funding, and managing health and social care services for people throughout Northern Ireland.

As a Band 4 Facilities Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to Directors and Senior Managers. You will play a vital role in the smooth running of projects and events, and contribute to the accurate management of information, records and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality administrative and executive support to senior leadership teams
  • Organising and coordinating calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel logistics
  • Producing professional reports, presentations, dashboards, and meeting materials
  • Managing and maintaining corporate databases, records, and digital filing systems
  • Planning and supporting conferences, workshops, events, and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Ensuring compliance with information governance, records management, and data protection requirements
  • Processing medical records requests and supporting the secure handling of sensitive information
  • Assisting with facilities, estates, health and safety, and workplace management activities
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration across departments and external partners

The Person

Essential Criteria:

  • GCSE Mathematics & English (Grades A-C) OR Equivalent qualification to demonstrate literacy and numeracy AND 2 x A Levels or equivalent AND 18 months of administrative experience, providing support in working with medical records or providing premises/estates support.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience in providing Premises/Estates Support
