Honeycomb is proud to be working alongside a leading Bank to recruit for Customer Service Administrators, based in Dunmurry. This opportunity is an excellent entry-level opportunity into an established financial institution on a full-time, temporary, ongoing basis. Hybrid working will be available after training, alongside a supportive training programme being provided. Free parking and a fully equipped canteen are available on site. The Role As a Customer Service Administrator, you\’ll be key in supporting daily operations by providing excellent customer service support to one of Northern Ireland\’s leading banks. Your responsibilities will include: Managing incoming customers via phone, email and other sources with efficiency and professionalism.
