We are currently seeking a highly organised and analytical Senior Recruitment Information Officer (Band 4) to support the delivery of recruitment and selection services across the Health and Social Care (HSC) sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced data and reporting professional who enjoys turning complex information into meaningful insights that drive operational and strategic decision-making.
The Role
As Senior Recruitment Information Officer, you will lead on the provision of recruitment data, reporting and management information to support recruitment activity across the HSC. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining recruitment reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Extracting, analysing, and presenting recruitment data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
- Monitoring recruitment activity and KPIs, highlighting delays, blockages, and areas for improvement.
- Ensuring the E-Recruitment system is accurately maintained in real time with a strong focus on data quality.
- Supervising and supporting staff on a day-to-day basis.
- Assisting with system testing, fault resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Delivering training, guidance, and support to Recruitment Officers.
- Communicating complex information clearly and effectively to a range of audiences.
Essential Criteria
Applicants must meet one of the following:
- 2 A-Levels (or equivalent/higher qualification) and at least 12 months' experience in a data analysis or reporting role.
- At least 3 years' experience in a data analysis or reporting role.
In addition, applicants must have:
- Demonstrable experience using IT systems, including advanced MS Excel and Power BI, to develop reports, dashboards, and management information.
- Experience in the extraction, manipulation, analysis, and presentation of data to support reporting requirements.
- Experience working with data held within business systems and databases.
