Location: Bangor (with travel required between Bangor and Ards)

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Band 2 Administrator to join a busy and supportive Podiatry Team based in Bangor. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and managing inbound calls from patients in a professional and courteous manner
  • Booking and amending appointments
  • Providing administrative support to the Podiatry Team
  • Managing patient records and updating databases
  • General office duties including filing, scanning, data entry, and correspondence
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service

What We're Looking For:

  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • 5 GCSEs grades A-C or above or 12 months admin experience
  • Good organisational abilities and attention to detail

  • Flexibility to travel between Bangor and Ards as required
