Honeycomb is pleased to partner with the Recruitment Shared Services Centre (BSO) to recruit multiple Band 2 Administrators for their site in Armagh. These roles will be temporary and full time.
£12.71 per hour
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Are you an organised and detail-focused individual looking to build your administrative career? We are currently recruiting multiple Band 2 Administrators to join the Recruitment Services Centre within BSO, based at the Longstone Hospital site in Armagh. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment, working as part of the Data Transfer Team.
About the RoleAs a Band 2 Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment processes through accurate data handling and administrative support. Your duties will include:
- Inputting and maintaining data with a high level of accuracy.
- Providing administrative support to the Data Transfer Team.
- Assisting with reception cover when required.
- Managing tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
We are seeking motivated individuals who can work on their own initiative and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Essential Criteria:- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths OR At least 1 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.71 with weekly pay.
- Full-time, weekday hours (no weekends!).
- Enhanced holidays.
- Valuable experience within a respected organisation.
