Role Details
- Location: Ballymena
- Positions: 2 Temporary Roles
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday
- Hybrid working available after training
- Weekly pay: £14.06 per hour
- Onsite parking provided

About the Role
BSO is currently expanding its finance function and is looking for two capable Finance Administrators to support the Payments Team. This is a fantastic chance for candidates with a background in finance to build their experience within the Health and Social Care (HSC) sector. Once training is completed, employees can benefit from flexible hybrid working arrangements. The successful candidates will contribute to the smooth processing of financial transactions that support key public services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with processing payments and delivering financial administrative services within set deadlines.
- Review and interpret financial data, presenting insights clearly to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure team targets and service standards are achieved.
- Utilise Microsoft Excel and internal financial systems for daily tasks.
Essential Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a finance-related role, or
- An Accounting Technician qualification (ATI) or equivalent (QCF Level 4), along with at least 1 year of finance experience.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Capability to analyse financial information and communicate findings effectively.
