Role Summary
In this front-line position, you will act as a key contact for customers, creating a professional and welcoming experience at every stage. You will support day-to-day enquiries, complete transactions, and manage cash in a secure and accurate manner.
Main Duties
- Deliver an excellent level of customer service by handling enquiries in a prompt, professional, and courteous way.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, lodgements, and related counter transactions accurately.
- Follow established cash procedures, including end-of-day balancing, in line with security and audit requirements.
- Support awareness of the bank's services and assist customers in using digital or self-service facilities where appropriate.
- Play an active role in maintaining a supportive and team-focused branch environment.
The Person
We are looking for an individual who is attentive to detail, comfortable handling cash, and capable of delivering an excellent in-person customer experience.
Essential Criteria:
- Background in a customer-facing role.
