Location: Ballymena
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Hourly Rate: £12.75 with weekly pay
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Honeycomb are seeking a highly organised, professional, and motivated Band 3 Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support within a busy office environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working as part of a team, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient secretarial and administrative support to managers and staff.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
- Manage diaries, appointments, and meetings as required.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Manage telephone and email enquiries professionally and courteously.
- Process and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are always maintained.
Essential Criteria
Applicants must meet either (a) or (b) below:
- (a) 4 GCSEs (Grade A*-C), including English Language, or equivalent qualification; AND 1 year's administrative experience in an office environment, including the use of the Microsoft Office suite of packages.
- OR (b) 2 years' administrative experience in an office environment, including the use of the Microsoft Office suite of packages; AND GCSE English Language Grade A*-C or equivalent qualification.
In addition to (a) or (b), applicants must possess:
- OCR Text Processing (Business Professionals) Level 2 Award OR RSA Stage II Typing/Word Processing (both parts) or equivalent qualification.
