Honeycomb is pleased to be partnering with our client, a well-established construction company, to recruit a Travel Co-ordinator for their team based in Armagh. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a growing organisation experiencing continued expansion and internal progression.
The Travel Co-ordinator plays an important role within the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging travel and accommodation for staff, liaising with subcontractors, supporting procurement activities, and providing general administrative assistance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the main contact for internal stakeholders, including engineers and senior management, responding to queries and requests.
- Organising domestic and international travel arrangements for colleagues, including flights, accommodation, and transport transfers.
- Supporting procurement activities by confirming pricing, delivery timelines, and service requirements.
- Providing day-to-day office administration support, including ordering supplies, maintaining records, and managing requests.
- Demonstrating excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a busy and varied environment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position or possess full confidence in their abilities to thrive in a fast-paced role, communicating and organising effectively.
