Honeycomb is pleased to partner with the Southern Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a Band 3 administrator for Children's & Young People's Services. Based in Lisanally House Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm Pay Rate - £12.75 per hour! Enhanced Holiday Rates.
Join the dedicated team within Children's & Young People's Services at Southern Health and Social Care Trust and play a key role in supporting services that make a real difference to children, young people, and families across the community. We are seeking an organised, professional, and motivated Band 3 Administrator who thrives in a busy office environment and can provide high-quality administrative support to a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
Main Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries professionally.
- Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
- Arrange meetings and accurately record formal minutes.
- Maintain confidential records and information systems.
- Support day-to-day office operations within the service.
Essential Criteria
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience of minute taking in a formal setting.
- Either: 4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language (or equivalent/higher qualification) and 1 year's experience in a clerical/administrative role. OR 2 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role.
