Honeycomb are delighted to be working with the Southern Health and Social Care Trust to recruit a Band 3 Administrator - Adult Community Services (Care Bureau) based in Tower Hill, Armagh.
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour with weekly pay
Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Family-Friendly Hours)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Band 3 Administrator to join our dynamic Adult Community Services Care Bureau in Armagh. This is an excellent opportunity to build your administrative career while contributing to essential community care services that make a real difference.
About the Role
The Care Bureau plays a vital role in coordinating and streamlining care services across the community. As an Administrator, you will support the smooth delivery of services including domiciliary care, direct payments, day care, and residential/nursing home placements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining, updating, and validating data on internal IT systems
- Coordinating care packages and service provision
- Assisting with the processing and checking of invoices for payment
- Providing administrative support across all Care Bureau functions
- Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all records and communications
Essential Criteria
To be considered, applicants must meet one of the following:
- 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language (or equivalent/higher qualification) AND at least 1 year's experience in a clerical/administrative role
- At least 2 years' experience in a clerical/administrative role
In addition:
- Experience in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
