Honeycomb is pleased to partner with the Recruitment Shared Services Centre (BSO) to recruit multiple Band 2 Administrators for their site in Armagh. These roles will be temporary and full time.

£12.71 per hour

Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Are you an organised and detail-focused individual looking to build your administrative career? We are currently recruiting multiple Band 2 Administrators to join the Recruitment Services Centre within BSO, based at the Longstone Hospital site in Armagh. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment, working as part of the Data Transfer Team.

About the Role

As a Band 2 Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting recruitment processes through accurate data handling and administrative support. Your duties will include:

  • Inputting and maintaining data with a high level of accuracy.
  • Providing administrative support to the Data Transfer Team.
  • Assisting with reception cover when required.
  • Managing tasks independently while meeting deadlines.

What We are Looking For

We are seeking motivated individuals who can work on their own initiative and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths OR At least 1 years' experience in an administrative role.
