Honeycomb are pleased to be working with Ards and North Down Borough Council to recruit two temporary Administrators to work within the Recycling Team in Bangor.

Ards and North Down Borough Council is seeking two organised and motivated Administrative Officers to join our Recycling Team based at Balloo Drive, Bangor. These are excellent opportunities for individuals who enjoy working in a busy environment and contributing to essential environmental services within the community.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient administrative support to the Recycling Team
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls, dealing with queries professionally
- Accurately record and produce meeting minutes
- Maintain records, databases, and filing systems
- Take booking and orders from members of the public
- Assist with general office duties and correspondence
- Support team operations to ensure a high standard of service delivery
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
- At least 2 years' administrative experience
- Proven experience handling telephone enquiries
- Experience in minute taking and producing accurate records
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
