Overview
Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a highly esteemed, local insurance business, to recruit for an Administrator on a temporary basis. This is a chance to work within a fabulous team and add value. Based in South Belfast, this role requires an immediate start and is perfect for someone who is keen to start work quickly within an established business.
The role of Administrator is focused around efficient and accurate data entry, updating customer claims and generally supporting the administrative process for the Partners/Advisors. You may be required to answer calls and assist with the general running of the office. Strong IT skills are required, however proficiency across MS Word/Excel is sufficient for this position. Full training on internal processes will be offered.
The right person for this role will have some demonstrable administrative experience and present professionally. All administrative backgrounds will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer claim records.
- Update and manage customer claims as part of the administrative process for Partners/Advisors.
- Provide general office support and answer calls as required.
Qualifications
- Some demonstrable administrative experience; all administrative backgrounds considered.
- Strong IT skills; proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Professional presentation and good communication.
Package and Working Hours
The package for this role contains an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour, with 9-1 working hours, 3 days per week. The days worked are flexible and can be arranged around the successful candidate and the needs of the business. The client supports a culture that facilitates flexibility where possible.
