The role of a Sous Chef involves many responsibilities that help to keep our kitchens safe, sanitary, well stocked and serving up sensational dishes to our wonderful customers. Our ultimate candidate would have a flare for delivering high quality, a passion for perfection in their presentation and the ability to successfully perform under pressure.

  • Assist the head chef in overseeing the kitchen operations and managing the team.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely manner.
  • Monitor food quality and taste to maintain consistency.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to develop new menu items and specials.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

The maximum salary for this position (depending upon experience) is £35,000 per annum, plus tronc which is approximately £3,500 per annum. Benefits include:
