Whetherwelcoming guests for a morning coffee, a leisurely lunch, a celebratory dinneror an overnight stay, you'll play an important role in delivering theattentive, genuine service that defines our houses. You'll be a natural peopleperson, taking pride in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while ensuringevery detail is taken care of.
We'relooking for someone who is friendly, professional and passionate abouthospitality, with a positive attitude and a desire to exceed guestexpectations. Previous experience is always welcomed, but just as important isa willingness to learn, a strong work ethic and a genuine enthusiasm fordelivering exceptional service.

The role:
- Warmly welcoming guests with a smile ensuring every need is anticipated and delivered while making them feel at home.
- Being a positive and hard-working team member who works well with the wider team across all departments.
- Confidently making recommendations to our guests while taking orders.
- Maximising sales through suggestions and up‑selling.
- Preparing and serving drinks to the highest of standards.
- Dealing with payments.
- Maintaining standards of cleanliness & hygiene in the bar, restaurant and garden areas.

From the welcoming restaurant to the spacious covered courtyard, every space has been thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere that feels both distinctive and inviting. Whether joining us for a leisurely lunch, a celebratory dinner or a stay in one of our boutique bedrooms, The Bull offers a true home-from-home in the centre of Henley.
We pay up to £12.71 an hour, plus tronc which is on average an extra £1.50 an hour. Tips are then additional to tronc. Employee Benefits:
