Job Description

Referral and Allocation Officer\\n£23,809.56\\nDerby\\nHours per week 37.5\\nContract type Fixed Term\\nAs a member of our Domestic Abuse Services you’ll be providing triage and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of our co-ordinated response to high risk domestic abuse services in Derbyshire\\nJob requirements\\n * \\n Act as the first point of contact for internal and external contacts, responding to enquiries over the phone, face-to-face, and electronically from various agents.\\n * \\n Process referrals into the service and using risk assessment tools to determine suitability.\\n * \\n Support the smooth running of the service by organising and scheduling meetings, preparing and distributing agendas and minutes, and ordering necessary resources.\\n * \\n Assist in gathering and analysing data, conducting research, and preparing reports to contribute to service development and meet reporting requirements for commissioners.\\nWhat we’re looking for\\n * \\n Experience working with private, confidential and complex information and dealing with customer files and updating records, using a case management system.\\n * \\n Have an understanding of the dynamics in a domestic abusive relationship.\\n * \\n Be confident to assess risk in abusive relationships.\\n * \\n Have an understanding of safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children.\\n * \\n A genuine passion for helping others and an understanding of relationship abuse including the dynamics and behaviours displayed.\\n * \\n Flexiblity with great organisational skills.\\n * \\n Full UK Driving License and a car.\\n * \\n DBS check required.\\nBe a catalyst for change and help us impact the way our region addresses abusive relationships.
