Honeycomb Group in Cheshire East is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment and Floating Support Officer to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support to individuals with complex needs across the borough, including both supported accommodation and private tenancies. Attendance at the Head Office in Stoke-on-Trent is required each Friday.

You will complete inductions, risk assessments and personalised support plans; assist with wellbeing, budgeting and move‑on housing; manage a caseload and liaise with other professionals.
