We are looking for an experienced fundraising professional to support income generation for Honeycomb Group and Honeycomb Charitable Services. This role will focus on developing compelling bids, tenders and grant applications, while leading fundraising activities and driving new income generation initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Source funding opportunities and submit high-quality bids, tenders and applications.
- Research markets, competitors and commissioning plans to support growth.
- Keep up to date with funding trends and advise on new opportunities.
- Track and manage income opportunities, including monitoring BD inboxes.
- Support fundraising activities and deputise for the Business Development Manager.
Who you are:
- Experienced in writing bids and tenders; fundraising experience desirable.
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Holds an understanding of homelessness and domestic abuse.
- A team player with good decision-making skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office.
- Flexible, organised and able to meet deadlines.
- Passionate about delivering positive outcomes.
- Holds full UK driving licence and has access to your own vehicle for work.
This role will require a basic DBS check.
