We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients, whether they are residing in assisted living facilities, receiving hospice care, or requiring home care. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for the individual we care for who is looking for companionship and a big personality.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety.
* Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
* Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary.
* Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
* Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
* Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed.
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience in patient care, senior care, or a related field is preferred.
* Knowledge of assisted living, hospice care, home care, or nursing home environments is advantageous.
* Certification in First Aid and CPR is desirable.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
