Care Assistant Vacancies - Full-Time & Part-Time
HoneyBee is looking for caring, compassionate, and reliable individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. If you are passionate about helping others and making a positive difference in people's lives, we would love to hear from you!
- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
- Assist with dressing, washing, bathing, and toileting while promoting dignity and independence.
- Support service users with meals, drinks, and medication in line with their care plans and training.
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and reassurance.
- Assist with mobility and moving safely.
- Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate care records.
- Promote the health, safety, and wellbeing of those in your care.
- Treat everyone with kindness, dignity, respect, and compassion.
What We're Looking For:
- A caring, patient, and compassionate attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability, flexibility, and a positive approach to teamwork.
- A willingness to learn and undertake relevant training.
- Previous care experience is an advantage but not essential, depending on the role.
Working Hours:
We have both full-time and part-time positions available to suit different needs.
