The Role- Managing a caseload of serious injury claims, including high-value and complex matters
- Handling files from pre-litigation through to litigation
- Dealing with RTA matters, with EL/PL experience highly advantageous
- Drafting pleadings, schedules, and court documentation
- Liaising directly with clients, counsel, insurers, and medical experts
- Running files with minimal supervision while maintaining high technical standards
