Wills, Trusts & LPA Specialist | Supporting Financial Advisors with Complete Client Protection Solutions

This is a freelance, commission-based role suited to sales professionals who thrive in a consultative, face-to-face environment and are confident building their own pipeline.

You’ll initially develop your own leads, with company-provided, qualified appointments allocated after a qualifying period.

Typical earnings range from £40,000–£80,000+ per year, with uncapped commission and enhanced rates on self-generated and referred business.

The Role

As a Freelance Field Sales Consultant, you will:

• Generate and manage your own sales pipeline
• Attend client appointments (home visits)
• Qualify client needs and present suitable estate planning solutions
• Always act in line with Honey Legal’s ethos of doing the right thing for the client
• Prepare applications and follow due diligence processesSecurely collect payments using approved systems
• Request fulfilment of marketing and client literature where needed
• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience, ideally field-based
• Comfortable working to targets in a commission-only environment
• Strong closing skills with a consultative, ethical approach
• Confident generating your own leads and referrals
• Able to work flexibly (evenings/weekends may be required)
• Calm and professional under pressure
• Estate planning experience is an advantage but not essential (full training provided)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Team-building experience is a plus (with incentives available)
