Honey Legal has grown from humble beginnings 15 years ago, to become one of the UK's leading Estate Planning companies, with consultants throughout England and Wales. Due to our continued success, we are expanding our sales operation and are looking for talented, freelance Sales Professionals to join our Estate Planning team across the country, who can flourish within a unique direct sales environment. This is a freelance commission based role.

Requirements:

  • Your own reliable transport to attend client meetings.
  • Experience of estate planning is an advantage but as we provide a very extensive training package, it is not essential.
  • The ability to deal calmly and professionally with challenging situations.
  • A minimum of 2 years sales experience, ideally in a field-based role.
  • The ability to generate your own pipeline to add to any Company provided, confirmed leads (these are not guaranteed).
  • Ability to close qualified appointments but always following the Company ethos of doing the right thing for the client.
  • Ability to be flexible in approach to your working week as some appointments are evenings and weekends.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver challenging sales targets.
  • Demonstrable track record in sales and lead conversion.
  • Experience of team building (there are incentives to develop your own team).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages.

The core responsibilities of the Sales Consultant will include:

  • Generate your own pipeline, initially you will be building your own pipeline but may then receive our company appointments for your area.
  • Request fulfilment of any requests for literature.
  • Qualify a customer's requirements and present products that meet those requirements.
  • Prepare orders and follow the due diligence requirements of our business.
  • A windows compatible laptop is needed for the online systems we use.
