About the role:
As our Senior Carer (Nights), you'll provide personal care to our residents, supporting them with bathing, eating, visiting the bathroom, and also getting around and enjoying our lovely home. You will act as a key worker for a number of residents and so building meaningful relationships with our residents and their families is crucial. You will participate in the formulation and maintenance of Individual electronic care plans and will have experience of this.
Here's some other important things you need to know:
- You will undertake formal supervisions of junior staff and must have experience of this.
- You must be alert at all times to our residents' physical and mental well-being.
- You'll need to understand and comply with all statutory and legal requirements that are relevant such as Health and Safety, COSHH, and all aspects of the Care Standards Act.
